White peach

White peaches are small to medium-sized stone fruits, averaging 6 to 10 centimeters in diameter, and are generally round, oval, and ovate in shape, depending on the variety. The skin of the fruit is semi-thin, taut, and easily bruised, showing an ivory base coloration covered with red and pink blush and a layer of velvety fuzz. Beneath the surface, the flesh is soft, tender, and watery, including a light brown central pit that may be a free stone, easily separated from the flesh, or an attached stone, strongly attached to the flesh. The flesh also has white hues and may show splashes of red around the pit or just under the skin. White peaches emit an aromatic floral aroma when ripe and yield slightly under pressure. The flesh contains low acidity, contributing to a mild, sweet, and subtly floral flavor.
